Shipping Information
We post within 1 business day of cleared payment. Delivery is by Australia Post standard post (unless otherwise specified) with expected delivery between 3-8 business days, depending on your location.
In some cases deliveries by Australia Post can have substantial delays and can take 10-15 days although this is rare. If you have not received delivery within 10 days please contact us by email and we will try and resolve. If a delivery is delayed please check your address was entered correctly. If items are lost in the post then we will replace or refund your money.
